∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or Relevant Field
∎ Minimum 2nd Class in all academic levels.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising sales team and align it to set marketing strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google-ads)
∎ Serve as an active team member to facilitate the smooth operations of the deposit marketing department and thereby achieve the organizational goals.
∎ Planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns. (Both Inbound and Outbound)
∎ Ideation and creation of relevant and engaging digital content for various media and social platforms and measuring its impact and effectiveness
∎ Active involvement relating to search engine optimization continuously
∎ Promoting employer’s products and/or services in the digital space
∎ Generate leads and retain existing customers
∎ Conserve partnerships with media companies
∎ Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display)
∎ Manage and maintain company’s owned media (online and offline)
∎ Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
∎ Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
∎ Analyze Digital Marketing Analytics reports and share insights with the company to develop optimization plans

Additional Requirements:
∎ 0-1 years of proven experience in the Information Technology/Marketing/HR & Administration Department is preferable
∎ Knowledge in ad aiding tools
∎ Web analytics tools
∎ Creative content writing
∎ Verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Ability to work under pressure
