Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
∎ Maintain and update employee records and HRIS database.
∎ Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
∎ Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and leave records.
∎ Assist in organizing training and employee engagement programs.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits for the factories.
∎ Assist in preparing reports for HR and compliance functions (monthly, quarterly, etc.).
∎ Maintain and regularly update factory compliance data and reports at the corporate level.
∎ Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
∎ Communicate HR and compliance policies across the selected unit levels.
∎ Assist in the factory’s administrative activities.
∎ Any other task assigned by a higher authority as and when required.
