Days: 6 days/week

Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient service and prompt complaint resolution at Service Touch Points.

• Ensure proper system level execution and documentation.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance experience at Service Touch Points.

• Achieving the assign upsell/cross sell goal, giving the right pitch to the potential customers.

• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of related departments, services, and policies

• Providing complete information about the product and service to the customer.
