We are hiring fresh graduates for a renowned Mobile Financial Organization under E-Zone contract for a 6-month project.
Position Name: Junior Officer
Job Nature: Desk Job under Customer Service Division
Locations: Barisal, Bogra, Chattogram, Cumilla, Mymensingh, Rangpur, Sylhet (candidates can work in their respective districts within the mentioned divisions)
[Note: Shortlisted candidates must attend the interviews in Dhaka]
Days: 6 days/week
Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient service and prompt complaint resolution at Service Touch Points.
Ensure proper system level execution and documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance experience at Service Touch Points.
Achieving the assign upsell/cross sell goal, giving the right pitch to the potential customers.
Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.
Maintain thorough knowledge of related departments, services, and policies
Providing complete information about the product and service to the customer.
