Responsibilities & Context:

We Invite Applications from Fresh Graduates Seeking to Build Their Careers with a Leading Mobile Financial Service (MFS) Provider in a Dynamic and Expanding Industry.

Work Shifts (6 Days/Week):

  • Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Open to all)

  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Open to all)

  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Male candidates only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information

  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and prompt action

  • Maintain and update customer records in the database

  • Educate customers about services, features, and available solutions
