Job Nature: Field Operations under Customer Care
Working Days: 6 Days/Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (8 Hours/Day)

Key Responsibilities:
Primary Job responsibility of this position will be ensuring on-time customer service presence in outdoor campaign locations.
Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to be assigned to different service locations based on business needs.
Maintain discipline, professionalism and compliance with role standards during all deployments.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide accurate activity reports after each assignment.
When no outdoor campaign is scheduled, provide customer service at designated service points and serve as a backup during staff absence or during high customer traffic.
Maintain strong working knowledge of relevant system portals, products, services and SOPs.
For operational needs overnight stay might require in campaign locations.
For operational purposes need to travel across the region.
Maintain accurate documentation and execute system-related tasks as per defined SOP.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
