Responsibilities & Context:
Context
We are seeking experienced and proactive individuals to join our dynamic Merchandising team. If you have a strong background in apparel sourcing, production follow-up, and buyer communication, this is your chance to contribute to a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure timely execution of orders.
Assist in sample development, costing, and production follow-up.
Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing breakdowns, and WIP reports.
Monitor critical paths and coordinate with QA and logistics teams for smooth delivery.
Resolve production and quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems regularly.
Negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and quality.
