• ·Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Textiles & garments will be preferred

• Your Profile:
• 2 to 3 years’ experience as a merchandiser in women's circular knit
• ·Experience at a European buying house is an advantage
• Applicants must have excellent knowledge in ladies circular knit garments
• The applicants must be conversant in all merchandising practices
• Must be cooperative and able to work in a team as well as independently in a fast paced environment
• Must demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English knowledge orally and written
• ·Must have knowledge on MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and internet proficiency
• ·Must show Commitment and loyalty to the company
• Experience working for a European young ladies’ brand is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of Merchandising experience

Your Responsibilities:

• ·Handle sample development and approval process efficiently to the satisfaction of the buyers as well as the factory while maintaining timelines.
• Follow-up/monitor orders from the order confirmation, production through to shipment.
• ·Establishment of critical path (TNA) for each placed order with the buyer and factory simultaneously.
• ·Communicate and follow up with suppliers for raw materials, trims, space bookings to ensure on time delivery.
• Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production, and timely delivery of the goods.
• Communicate consistently with the office manager/ buyers and keep them updated on production, samples development and new technique trends available on the field.
• ·Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and provide inputs to the annual supplier's record
