Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Engineers in identifying appropriate tools and equipment which may improve work method and productivity.
∎ Assist Engineer in optimizing the maintenance schedule and give feedback on effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities.
∎ Overall responsibility of Operation & maintenance Services, Maintenance planning, implementing & maintaining maintenance management system.
∎ Participate in troubleshooting and failure analysis to ensure that problem doesn't repeat again.
∎ Execution of scheduled, routine, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Coordinate with other maintenance supervisors for smoother execution.
∎ Report work progress and budget matters to authority.
∎ Should be able to maintenance and operate the generator from time to time.
∎ Must be able to maintain re-wires, adjust and install control panels & voltage regulators.
∎ Basic knowledge of industrial electrical or electronic equipment like Inverter, PLC etc.
∎ Should have brief knowledge of operation and maintenance of both screw and piston compressor.
∎ Should have brief knowledge of Pneumatic Valve, Solenoid valve etc.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
∎ Hand to hand practice of welding and grinding.
