Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development of competency-based training modules and necessary teaching-learning materials on retail sales including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
∎ Support the facilitation of effective training sessions on the approved training modules.
∎ Prepare lesson plans and monitor trainees’ progress.
∎ Assist in arranging competency-based assessments.
∎ Ensure trainees' attendance, prevent drop-out, and monitor the completion rate.
∎ Prepare relevant reports and documentation.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Some practical work experience of conducting training and developing modules on Sales/ Merchandising and experience as an outlet manager in a reputed retail outlet will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
