Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum HSC or Equivalent Degree from any recognised institution/ university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective training to perform block printing, tie-dye batik printing, wax batik printing screen printing and dyeing.
∎ Ensure effective training on the use of mathematical concepts for printing and dyeing.
∎ Ensure effective training on the application of OSH practices in the workplace.
∎ Ensure all training packages including: Work in the informal sector service industry, Use tools and equipment, Communicate in the workplace, Work in a team environment, Practice workplace cleanliness.
∎ Develop and update competency-based modules and necessary teaching-learning materials including: Subject wise syllabus, Session and lesson plans, Trainee progress charts, logbook.
∎ Arrangement of Competency-Based Assessment.
∎ Ensure Learners attend classes on time, complete training, and maintain discipline.
∎ Maintain proper management, discipline, accountability, and transparency of the Ayesha Abed Foundation (AAF); demonstrate professionalism in attitude, conduct and behavior and adhere to BRAC Values, SDP Decent Work and Social Inclusion guidelines.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Diversified knowledge and practical experience in conducting training, and developing modules for block batik, printing and dyeing.
∎ Good verbal communication skills
∎ Demonstrated success in delivering results and maintaining excellent quality under high pressure and tight deadlines

Salary: Negotiable
