Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide assistance in developing competency-based training modules and relevant instructional materials.
∎ Conduct training sessions based on the approved training modules.
∎ Develop lesson plans and monitor learners’ progress.
∎ Coordinate the arrangement of competency-based assessments.
∎ Ensure trainees' attendance, prevent dropouts, and monitor the completion rate.
∎ Develop relevant reports and documentation.
∎ Advocate, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Some practical work experience in relevant sectors.
