Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct manpower planning and forecast in line with business growth
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development, and change management.
∎ Motivate employees and bridge employee and management relationships.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding factory rules and regulations.
∎ Handle employee benefits, wages, and payroll administration
∎ Manage employees’ grievances and solve them on a priority basis.
∎ CV sorting and making Phone Calls/SMS/emails etc. to all candidates for appearing in the selection process
∎ Manage the end-to-end life cycle of the employees.
∎ Monitor employee morale and culture.
∎ Prepare question papers for interview purposes and evaluate the answer sheets.
∎ Take part in an oral interview session.
∎ Keep a record of staff training and propose names, in coordination with others concerned, of suitable candidates for training.
∎ Ensure that the Leave Register is always updated for all staff.
∎ Maintain and handle documents related to administration.
∎ Keep liaison with different organizations to hire human resources.
