Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement production plans:
Develop plans outlining production targets, budgets, objectives, and schedules and ensure that these plans are followed.
Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands.
Supervise staff:
Assign responsibilities to production staff and monitor their performance.
Lead by example and support staff in order to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Ensure quality:
Ensure that processes are implemented in compliance with the company’s quality standards.
Monitor the production process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.
Manage budget:
Analyze costs and identify ways to reduce production costs.
Monitor expenses and take action to control and reduce expenses when necessary.
Develop strategies:
Analyze production data and use this information to develop strategies that will improve production efficiency and quality executive.
Implement strategies and monitor their progress.
