Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Shoe Upper Designer to develop innovative and fashionable shoe upper designs. The ideal candidate should have experience in footwear design, materials, and pattern-making, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create new and trend-oriented shoe upper designs for different product lines (sports, casual, formal, etc.).
- Develop design sketches, CAD drawings, and tech packs for sampling and production.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and textures based on design requirements and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.
- Review samples and prototypes, providing feedback and necessary modifications.
- Stay updated on global fashion trends, footwear technologies, and materials.
- Maintain design archives and documentation for all collections.
