Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of cargo documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), Cargo Manifest, and Customs declarations.
∎ Provide administrative support for cargo operations, including tracking shipments, handling cargo inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely processing.
∎ Address customer queries and concerns regarding cargo shipments, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
∎ Maintain accurate records of cargo operations, perform data entry tasks, and generate reports as required to support operational efficiency and compliance.
∎ Ensure that all cargo handling procedures comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
∎ Collaborate with ground handling agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement and address any operational issues that may arise.
∎ Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues or discrepancies related to cargo handling and documentation.
∎ Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated with industry practices, regulations, and technological advancements.
