Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take part in cargo acceptance, weighting, measuring and ULD preparations.
∎ Make the proper cargo load plan to use maximum capacity of the flights.
∎ Unsure the ULD preparation as per loading instruction.
∎ Take part in ramp handling activities to unload and load cargo.
∎ Execute the post flight activities i.e. sending telexes, mails, manifesting, etc.
∎ Ensures all data has been entered and updated into cargo systems.
∎ Provide customer services and update them in any changes.
∎ Attend to telephone calls, action telexes, emails, faxes and maintain records, files, documents for administrative/reference purposes
∎ Notify officially the cargo arrival information, to Freight forwarders / agents/ direct customers to ensure the cargo does not stay under airlines custody, avoid damages and for space availability at the warehouse.
∎ To disseminate all cargo related information to customers/agent, handle queries on tariffs, update freight forwarders/outstation offices on status of offloaded cargo.
∎ To disseminate all cargo related information for updating customers regarding customs, governmental and health authorities' rules and to HO to comply with regulations and to avoid penalties, destruction, etc.
∎ Co-ordinate with GHA/Space Control/ware house/ramp staff & outstation offices to meet all operational, sales & services requirements
∎ Collect complaints/claims letters from customers, co-ordinate with GHA's and forward to Head Office for processing to provide customer service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ PC literate with knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Internet
∎ Extensive overall knowledge of all areas and the Airline/Cargo operations
∎ Must have team building and leadership ability.
∎ Excellent Managerial & relationship building skills.
∎ To work under high pressure & shift duties.
∎ Able to lead adjust and work with team members and make decisions
∎ Able to interact and communicate with different level people and multi nationalities
∎ Interaction with GHA/Airport Cargo Authorities / Senior Management/ Other similar Operators Committees.
∎ Judgment & Analysis

∎ Teamwork & Relationship Building
∎ Must be able to handle complaints and discrepancy investigation and action
∎ Ensure that staff and GHA etc are kept well aware of any updates or changes related to our procedures, documentation, rules and regulations or restrictions etc.
