Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert guidance to students on selecting courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background and career aspirations.
∎ Counsel students on admission requirements, application processes, and visa procedures.

∎ Assist students in preparing and reviewing applications, personal statements, and supporting documents.
∎ Ensure timely submission of applications and accurate completion of documentation.
∎ Lead and mentor junior counselors, providing training and oversight to ensure high-quality services.
∎ Monitor the team’s performance and help resolve complex cases.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with university representatives and external stakeholders.
∎ Stay updated with admission policies, scholarship opportunities, and educational trends.
∎ Track counseling metrics, student outcomes, and service effectiveness.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to management on team achievements and challenges.
∎ Establish long-term relationships with students and their families to enhance trust and satisfaction.
∎ Address student concerns promptly and provide solutions to ensure a smooth process.
∎ Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, and seminars to promote the organization's services.
∎ Represent the company at networking events and build brand credibility.
∎ Ensure adherence to ethical counseling practices and legal requirements for international education.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student data.
