Student Counsellor – Job Responsibilities (UniEducare)
Guide students about study abroad options (countries, universities, courses)
Help students choose the right course based on their background and goals
Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, and visa process clearly
Assist students in preparing and submitting applications
Support students with document preparation (SOP, CV, academic papers, etc.)
Maintain regular follow-up with students and keep them updated
Provide basic visa guidance and interview preparation
Attend phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person queries professionally
Achieve monthly targets for student applications and admissions
Maintain proper records of student files and progress
Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
Build good relationships with students and ensure excellent service
