Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, design, and customize travel and tour packages based on client requirements.
∎ Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and other related services.
∎ Coordinate with tour operators, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of trips.
∎ Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
∎ Assist in budget preparation, pricing, and creating competitive tour packages.
∎ Monitor and ensure all reservations are confirmed and documented properly.
∎ Resolve client issues during the travel process and provide exceptional customer support.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and travel regulations.
∎ Prepare itineraries and ensure all arrangements meet client expectations.
∎ Maintain relationships with existing clients while generating leads for new business.
