Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.  Replace bed linens and towels, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished.  Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces.  Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.  Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department.  Uphold the hotel's safety and security standards.  Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.·  Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover. & Room discrepancy report to front office.· Maintain Room Discrepancy report. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines according to Human Resources.
