Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Replace bed linens and towels, make beds, and ensure all amenities are replenished. Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures and surfaces. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or room discrepancies to the appropriate department. Uphold the hotel's safety and security standards. Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.· Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and timely room turnover. & Room discrepancy report to front office.· Maintain Room Discrepancy report. Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines according to Human Resources.
