Israq Spinning Mills Ltd. (sister concern of Ahmed group), a leading figure in the textile industry of Bangladesh, is looking for smart, honest and career-oriented enthusiastic individuals for the Compliance department.
Job Responsibilities
Follow up daily Compliance related activities as organization demand and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Follow up the activities of production floor & outside area of factory premises from the ground of compliance.
Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs and policies for Social Compliance Audit.
Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies.
Prepare compliance-related reports for management review.
Handle external inspections and audits in collaboration with relevant authorities.
Provide training and awareness sessions to employees regarding compliance issues.
Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management.
