Skills Required: Antivirus and Firewalls,Hardware and IP Networking,Router configuration,Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.,Switching & Routing,VPN
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 32 years
- Basic IP networking knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, and Wireless Networking
- Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv6, OS, firewall
- Should have strong networking knowledge
- Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get a preference
- Good communication skills and teamwork
Responsibilities & Context:
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):ISP, IIG
- Handling Customer Complain & Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Working experience on GPON/EPON/P2P network.
- Have good idea of techno sales and consultancy to our existing ISP, CATV client.
