Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provision, Preparation and Management of Fleet of Linux Servers
∎ Design Network Architecture and Infrastructure Deployment Pipeline
∎ Automate provisioning and maintenance wherever applicable with suitable tools (e.g., Ansible)
∎ Synchronize with NOC for maintenance purpose
∎ Synchronize with Development Teams to design Application Deployment Pipeline
∎ Continuous involvement with live systems regarding performance monitoring, optimization and tuning
∎ Handling large clusters of SQL/NOSQL Database Systems (e.g, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra, etc.)
∎ Handling large clusters of Storage Systems
∎ Handling networks of various topologies
∎ Working with Software Defined Storage as well as Software Defined Networking
∎ Efficient Management of large number of Physical/Virtual Servers
∎ Managing Virtualization Platforms (based on KVM)
∎ Managing Container Orchestration Platforms (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, etc.)
∎ Efficient Management of OpenStack based Private Cloud Systems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Efficiency in Linux Platforms on command line (Ubuntu/CentOS)
∎ Efficiency in any programming language (e.g., Python)
∎ Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL Administration on Linux Platforms will be added advantage
∎ Familiarity with KVM Virtualization will be a plus
∎ Familiarity with Containers will be a plus
∎ Deep understanding on TCP/IP, HTTP, REST
∎ Familiarity with monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios) will be appreciated
∎ Good communication skill, positive attitude and the aptitude to take on a challenge.
∎ Willing to learn and adopt new technical skills
∎ Must be a team player in a distributed team
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
