Responsibilities & Context: Remain fully focused and avoid multitasking during work hours
Respond to customer queries swiftly and systematically
Communicate effectively with potential customers both face-to-face and over the phone
Follow instructions precisely and keep your team lead updated regularly
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and student information
Handle all interactions with courtesy and avoid aggressive or misleading sales tactics
Deliver complete and accurate information regarding educational services
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records daily
Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth service fulfilment
