Responsibilities & Context:
  • Remain fully focused and avoid multitasking during work hours

  • Respond to customer queries swiftly and systematically

  • Communicate effectively with potential customers both face-to-face and over the phone

  • Follow instructions precisely and keep your team lead updated regularly

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and student information

  • Handle all interactions with courtesy and avoid aggressive or misleading sales tactics

  • Deliver complete and accurate information regarding educational services

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records daily

  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth service fulfilment
