Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident and friendly female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will speak clearly, listen actively, and promote our educational programs with genuine enthusiasm. This role involves direct phone-based communication with potential students and guardians to guide them through our offerings and help drive enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls & receive inbound calls to student leads and prospects from CRM or inquiry lists.

  • Introduce Phoenix services clearly and confidently, aligning offerings with student goals.

  • Convince prospects to enroll using structured sales pitches and personal follow-ups.

  • Maintain call logs, lead conversion records, and feedback notes for reporting.

  • Achieve monthly and weekly enrollment targets set by the Sales 

  • Respond promptly to student queries over phone, Messenger, Telegram, and WhatsApp SMS.

  • Assist enrolled students in accessing study materials, mentor support, and schedule updates.

  • Monitor student progress and flag admission issues to coordinators.

  • Help guide students through scholarship and university application documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and support outcomes.
