Experience:
Strong knowledge on Labor Law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015
Sound knowledge on different certifications and ECR standards
Proficiency in MS OFFICE, specially excel and data analysis
Analytical skills, strategic thinking, self-driven ability and committed to the goals
Experience in any reputed buying office, 3rd party or apparel manufacturing organization
Oversee compliance & sustainability activities across all factories, aiding in audit report preparation, monitoring project activities, gathering information, follow up CAPs and compiling reports
Monitor the compliance and sustainability programs such as Accord, RSC, ZDHC, Higg FEM, Higg FSLM, SLCP, BW, EIS, GFA, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, SA800 etc. on timely manner
Follow up on social compliance audits, environmental sustainability, and health and safety at factories, providing guidance on necessary actions
Follow up the Detox program in depth way including Higg FEM, WW test, InCheck, STZ, Clear stream, Supplier training etc
Prepare corrective action plans (CAPs) in each subject area and keep appropriate record of all data collected from different visits
Conduct factory audits according to schedule, ensuring coverage aligned with company CoC
Regularly/ periodically monitor and follow up the factories after completion the audit as per management instruction
Preparing incident report on complaint mechanism, fire safety and work unrest
Capacity build with the factories for compliance and sustainability related activities
Review 3rd part audit report and ensure accuracy and consistency
Follow up the Material Sustainability program such as OCS, GOTS, RCS, GRS, RDS, RWS, European Flax, Lenzing as well as need to follow company BCI commitment in a stringent way
Update all information and keep record in different interphase at company system
Maintain supply chain traceability tracker and update files regularly
Assist in data collection for new factory registration, supplier profile updates in the Benetton system and follow up of the IRIS-BoM
Perform root cause analysis and monitoring timely resolution on all non-conformities
Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to the Department Head
Ensure the factories are compliant with social ethics & health and safety requirements, etc.
