• Experience in Buying House or Garments business in a laboratory or testing environment is mandatory

• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures, testing protocols, and safety standards

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail

• Proficient in data entry and reporting systems (experience with IRIS preferred)

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with merchandising teams and vendors/factories to resolve technical problems effectively

• Ability to work independently and make decisions on all technical issues related to the lab  test result

• Proficiency in spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Review and verify chemical test reports for accuracy and compliance with company standards

• Upload chemical test reports to the IRIS system in a timely and accurate manner

• Coordinate bulk testing activities, ensuring the testing summary is updated twice weekly and shared with the Quality Control (QC) teams in both BAN and CN platforms

• Follow up with vendors regarding pending chemical and physical tests, ensuring timely completion

• Input Bills of Materials (BOM) into the IRIS system for all assigned styles across BAN/CN

• Manage supply chain mapping entries, including all relevant materials and manufacturing details

• Register and maintain information for new suppliers in the system

• Maintain regular communication with vendors and Headquarters (HQ) to address testing concerns or clarifications

• Provide support to vendors regarding test manuals, test packages, or safety-related issues

• Maintain accurate documentation of all test results and related correspondence

• Ensure all specimens are properly labeled and stored according to company procedures and safety guidelines
