Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in computer science or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having knowledge of IPTSP Network and Linux System Administration and Database.
∎ Visiting new/existing customers for IP PPBX/Call Center for support and installation.
∎ Having the capability to handle multiple customers at the same time.
∎ Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end users.
∎ workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
∎ Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
∎ Assist in planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.
∎ Prepare the proposed solution and proposed diagram.
∎ Willing to work on shifting duty and willing to work long us in case of emergency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having Linux Certifications is plus point.
∎ Must have knowledge in asterisk and IPTSP.
∎ Have sound knowledge and experience of complete operations in the following
∎ areas. Configuration and troubleshooting, Servers, Raid, Linux, asterisk, LAN, Cisco
∎ and MikroTik Routers.
∎ Clear knowledge of both IP and TDM Networks.
∎ Willing to learn new technology and RND.
