Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software Engineering,or Related Field.

∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for design, create, execute and report on functional tests against multiple applications.
∎ Responsible for testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of systems application software (Sr. SQA).
∎ Design, create, execute and report on functional tests against multiple applications (Sr. SQA).
∎ Test high quality, secure, scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artifacts within expected time and budget.
∎ Specifications and design artifacts within expected time and budget.
∎ Research, create and evaluate technical solution alternatives for the business needs.
∎ Follow Quality Control processes according to the Industry Standard practices.
∎ Design, document and track test cases in Quality Center.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Manual and automation testing experience. (Sr. SQA)
∎ Minimum 5 years of hands-on Quality Assurance experience (Sr. SQA).
∎ Hands-on QA experience is a plus point.
∎ Must be proficient in Java.
∎ Basic understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies are required.
∎ Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum and Quality Assurance processes and methodologies (Jr. SQA).
∎ STRONG understanding of Agile, Scrum and Quality Assurance processes and methodologies (Sr. SQA).
∎ Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - and able to quickly learn and implement new technologies, application appropriate frameworks, and tools.
∎ Must have experience with Automation tools like QTP, Selenium RC/Web driver (Sr. SQA).
