Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer handle with support specially
∎ Travel to customer side for high level profile issues for resolutions
∎ Proactive communication to clients, account managers and project managers
∎ Understanding the customer and building relationship
∎ Conducting user training and attending to customer issues
∎ Analyze the defects and create requirement
∎ Developed the requirement and prototype design for developer
∎ Follow up the development status and feedback to line supervisor
∎ Perform the SPI assignment
∎ Perform the QMS implementation
∎ Having sound knowledge on relevant subject.
∎ Ability to handle stressed situation
∎ Ready to take challenge
