Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure alignment between market & products and emphasize on business objectives
∎ Monitor the sales performance by tracking sales funnel activities such as customer engagements and conversion
∎ Create reports and analysis on sales performance to forecast events and guide business decisions
∎ Inspire the team members to work with the business' goals in mind
∎ Motivate team members by creating a positive data driven environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Preferable in Software Marketing & Business Development at least for 3 to 5 years
