Experience:

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost Accounting

Public University students will get priority

• Age 22 to 28 years

• Proven experience in cost & budget, preferably in Knit garments with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and applications, data analysis, and project management.

• An understanding of market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the apparel industry.

• Data collection and verification for post costing.

• Update & Maintain production database for post costing.

• Assist in valuation of production data for post-costing.

• Data Valuation.

• Assist in verifying invoice, MOU, YR with budget.

• Support in preparing post-costing analysing report.

• Coordinate with other department to ensure all data integrity.

• Work with senior colleges and recommendation on further development,  

• Any other assignments assigned by HOD.
