∎ Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server.
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge maintenance LAN & WAN workstation.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in configuring and maintaining MikroTik, Cisco network switches.
∎ Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, Photocopy machine and other IT assents as per company policy.
∎ Experience of handling & trouble shooting of PoE Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.
∎ Good understanding of team work and team building.
∎ Problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla, verbal and written.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Installation & Trouble shooting Hardwar and Network related problems including windows operating System.
∎ Anti-Virus and other software Install and maintenance.
∎ Diagnosis, Troubleshoot & Assemble Computer/Laptop related problems.
