Responsibilities & Context:
Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server.
Should have Sound Knowledge maintenance LAN & WAN workstation.
Should have sound knowledge in configuring and maintaining MikroTik, Cisco network switches.
Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, Photocopy machine and other IT assents as per company policy.
Experience of handling & trouble shooting of PoE Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.
Installation & Trouble shooting Hardwar and Network related problems including windows operating System.
Anti-Virus and other software Install and maintenance.
Diagnosis, Troubleshoot & Assemble Computer/Laptop related problems.
