Additional Requirements:
Experience with ERP data entry (manufacturing background a plus).
Sharp eye for detail and high accuracy.
Good with MS Excel and comfortable using business software.
Strong team communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
We need a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage all product data in our ERP system. You will ensure the accuracy of production, consumption, and inventory data, which is vital for our factory`s smooth operation.
Core Tasks:
Input daily production, consumption, and stock transfer data into ERP.
Post and manage requisitions for raw and packing materials, ensuring timely availability for production.
Maintain and update product master data and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Double-check all entries for accuracy and maintain organized records.
Coordinate with Store, Production, and Accounts departments to investigate and resolve any data discrepancies.
Maintain proper filing systems for audits and reference.
Uphold strict standards of data confidentiality and security.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
