Job Context:
∎ vivo is a well-reputed Chinese Multinational Smartphone Assembly/Manufacturing Company. For the expansion of the operational work, we are looking for the position of Jr. Manager (Engineering Department) who has Excellent capability in audit work.

∎ Work Shift: 08:00:00 AM to 05:00:00 PM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)
∎ OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime

∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, expression, coordination, execution, and compression ability.
∎ Should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the production of mobile devices adheres to industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
∎ Lead and motivate a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
∎ Oversee preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot issues in manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
∎ Enforce and promote a culture of safety within the engineering department, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
∎ Work closely with the finance department to manage and optimize the engineering department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement process improvements within the engineering department to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
∎ Identify training needs for the team and coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of engineering staff.
