The Orbund Student Information System (SIS) is currently used by more than 400+ higher educational institutions globally. In this cross-functional role, you will be working from Orbund’s Dhaka Office alongside our Development and Testing teams, and you will also be required to participate in regular overseas meetings with our international teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve quick-fix issues reported by users or internal teams.
• Provide timely support for production incidents to ensure minimal downtime and smooth system performance.
• Work closely with the QA, Product, and Development teams to identify root causes and apply effective solutions.
• Implement small-scale enhancements, patches, and bug fixes within short turnaround times.
• Ensure all fixes follow coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Document all fixes, changes, and updates clearly for future reference.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas needing immediate improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting optimizations and preventative measures to reduce recurring issues.
