Job Context:
∎ A Progressive Company in Bangladesh deals with imported Power Tools item (especially Drill Machine, Rotary Hammer, Angle Grinder, Cut-Off Saw, Circular Saw, Plunger Router, Power Planner, Hot Air Gun, Dust Blower, and Electric/Gasoline Chain Saw)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Nawabpur)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having knowledge in Power Tools.
∎ Managing the operation of ERP software
∎ Data Entry
∎ Making bill copy
∎ Product wise branch transfer (transaction)
∎ Having knowledge over Troubleshooting.
∎ Installing, configuring and maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances.
∎ Basic Knowledge in Hardware & Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
∎ Preparation of user's manual and other documents
∎ Antivirus install, update the antivirus & scanning the computer in safe mode.
∎ Assist system users on operating systems, data transfer, data copy, data backup, data
∎ Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including anti-virus software, print services, email provision and ensure the security of data from internal and external unauthorized access.
∎ Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of our users.
∎ Network trouble shooting, network maintenance and network cabling.
∎ Maintain IT asset register.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Strong communication skills in speaking, reading & writing in English & Bangla.
∎ Having good typing speed both Bengali & English.
∎ Having knowledge over page printing in different format.
∎ Proficient in MS office, excel, power point, mail communication, browsing Internet online base ERP etc.
∎ Ability to adjust to and work with teams
∎ Ability to drive and inspire
∎ Confidence & creative
∎ Should be energetic & smart.
∎ Can do attitude.
∎ Positive Attitude
∎ Flexibility
