• Only Male

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role.

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Must have good command in reading, writing in English and Bangla.

• Must be well groomed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain relationship with existing clients with proper support and identify and approach potential new clients to promote company products/services. (Such as wholesalers & Retailers).

• Drive sales and business growth of Merit Link in wholesale and retail markets.

• Deliver product presentations to clients, highlighting key benefits.

• Assist Head of Marketing & Sales in Sales and Promotions.

• Visit current and potential clients daily for orders, payments, and services.

• Apply Direct selling/ Marketing skills by understanding client’s requirement.

• Align marketing activities with sales objectives.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and submit Daily/Weekly visiting activity report to Head of Marketing and Sales.

• Conduct market research to stay updated.

• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ensure and follow guidelines and policies set by the management.

• Achieve sales target fixed by management.
