We are searching for Assistance Sales Manager for Merit Link BD to drive and manage our sales performance with developing of sales plans, goals and strategies to achieve business objectives and company goals. Merit Link BD is a leading company in Bangladesh deals with imported tools item like Power Tools- (Drill Machine, Rotary Hammer, Angel Grinder, Cut-off Saw, Plunger Router) also with Hand tools- (Hammer, Pliers, Wrenches, Hacksaw, Ratchet) dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement zonal sales strategies to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train Field Sales Officers to ensure strong market execution.
Market Development: Identify and expand new market opportunities, ensuring deep market penetration and brand visibility.
Distributor Management: Appoint, evaluate, and support distributors to maintain strong supply chain efficiency and product availability.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to address shortfalls.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners.
Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare zonal sales forecasts and budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and timely submission of reports.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Coordination: Coordinate with all department of the company for smooth operations.
