Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -Provide Technical Support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software & network system.
∎ -POS software supports
∎ -Trouble shoot & resolve network & windows issues.
∎ -Monitor & setup CCTV, IT cables & networking systems.
∎ -Basic illustrator & photoshop knowledge.
∎ -Access control device setup & proper maintaining.
∎ -Ensure all IT systems & business data are protected by having a regular & backups and IT security guidelines are followed to make sure data can be retrieved when required.
∎ -Perform any other tasks as per management required & decision.
