Job Context
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in printer and photocopier troubleshooting, repair and electronics expertise. Candidates with hands-on experience in maintaining and servicing printing and copying machines are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various types of printers and photocopiers (laser, inkjet, multifunction, network printers, etc.).
Identify hardware and electronic faults and provide effective solutions.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of printing devices
Maintain service logs, job reports, and spare parts usage records
Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for spare parts and technical support when required.
Ensure minimal downtime of printing and photocopying equipment.
Provide basic user guidance on proper usage and care of printers and photocopiers.
