∎ Minimum 1 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.

∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Experience with HR software and tools.
∎ Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD will be an advantage.
∎ Knowledge of the courier/logistics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of employees.
∎ Maintain Office Organogram.
∎ Oversee training and development programs to ensure continuous improvement in employee skills and performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
∎ Maintain employee records and handle payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
∎ Mediate employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
∎ Develop and enforce policies related to employee conduct, attendance, and performance.
∎ Collaborate with management to support organizational development and strategic goals.
∎ Monitor and manage HR metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
