Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding of employees.
∎ Maintain Office Organogram.
∎ Oversee training and development programs to ensure continuous improvement in employee skills and performance.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
∎ Maintain employee records and handle payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations.
∎ Mediate employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
∎ Develop and enforce policies related to employee conduct, attendance, and performance.
∎ Collaborate with management to support organizational development and strategic goals.
∎ Monitor and manage HR metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
