• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in transport supervision or fleet management.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and transport logistics.

• Ability to handle drivers and transport staff efficiently.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

• Good communication and reporting skills.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Supervisor to manage and oversee daily transportation operations, vehicle maintenance, and driver coordination to ensure smooth and efficient logistics support.

Job Responsibilities-

• Supervise daily transport operations and vehicle movement.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.

• Maintain records of fuel consumption, mileage, and trip logs.

• Coordinate with drivers and ensure proper duty allocation.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and traffic regulations.

• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents.

• Optimize routes to ensure cost-effective operations.

• Maintain discipline and performance of drivers and transport staff.
