Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As per requisition fabric & accessories purchase for production.
∎ Check all details of fabric & accessories requisition after receive from Merchandiser/Designer/PD.
∎ Communicate with merchandiser/Designer for clarification if require.
∎ Check stock availability and deduct if stock.
∎ Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
∎ Research potential vendors.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
∎ Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
∎ Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
∎ Prepare cost analyses.
∎ Maintain updated records of invoice/bill and contracts.
∎ Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
∎ Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
∎ Prepare WO for department head approval and update in the server.
∎ Follow up with Supplier/Forwarder/Logistic team until goods in-house.
∎ Update to related Merchandiser/Planning/Production/Store after goods in-house.
∎ Collect MRR/Inspection report after goods received.
∎ Claim to supplier if any shortage/reject and arrange replacement accordingly.
∎ Monthly Functions:
∎ Cross check with accounts section and supplier's account concern for payment issue.
∎ Assist planning team, merchandising team, Design team for material in-house plan.
∎ Cross check master plan if any fabric & accessories receive balance.
∎ Other Regular Functions
∎ Attend to the weekly meeting.
∎ Every day cross check necessary files.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 0-1 years of related track record
∎ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office package
∎ Strong decision making and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
