Education:
- Post graduate in any discipline. MBA in HRM will get preference.
Requirements: Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Should have basic computer knowledge.
- Candidate should be smart in interpersonal communication.
- To be good in English both writing and speaking.
Responsibilities & Context: - To assist in recruiting staff in developing job descriptions and specifications, preparing job advertisement, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing candidates.
- To expedite exit interview.To maintain and update the personal file. To assist Assistant Manager of HR/ Compliance on employee performance appraisal.
- To assist Assistant Manager of HR/ Compliance for preparing monthly salary attendance.
- To handle final settlement issues.Prepare daily attendance report.To assist on daily labor functions and works of establishment.
- To assist preparing report on housekeeping & daily security measures.
- Preparing -OT, Tiffin Bill, etc.To visit factory floor & entire area.
- Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
- Monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
- Ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment Conducting and making reports to the internal audits on monthly basis.
- Job location will be Vulta, Rupgonj, Narayangonj.
- Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
