∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, ensure and provide support on entire employee wellbeing related issues such as health & safety, work environment, hygiene, general support, recreation, food etc.
∎ Maintain communication with employees for feedback and support accordingly.
∎ Provide support and counseling to stop any problem at source.
∎ Check Report and maintain disciplinary issues as and when required.
∎ Monitor office environment to maintain neat and clean ambience.
∎ Check and maintaining all issues related to housekeeping
∎ Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
∎ Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
∎ Supervise requisitions and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
∎ Maintain entire premises as and when required.
∎ Ensure total facilities smooth management
∎ Check cost-effective measures, prevent losses, and control the consumption of resources.
∎ Inspect premises utility systems to determine repair or replacement needs, and supervising emergency and routine maintenance.
∎ Any other task as assigned time to time by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Communication Skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Multitasking Skill

Salary: Negotiable
