Responsibilities & Context:
Bitopi Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh running their business from 1968. Currently we are looking for Jr. Executive / Executive to work with Our corporate Planning team. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
Brief JD:
Conduct Planning Exception & Execution meetings with Factories once a week.
Coordinating with the factory planning team, merchandising team, and commercial team.
Preparing liability & claims reports monthly.
Collecting subcontract production reports.
Preparing QMRM report once every 3 months.
Collecting all running style samples for reviewing MD Sir.
Preparing a record of orders are cancelled by the buyer.
Preparing exception and execution reports for the management
