Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & publish posts on social media.
∎ Managing & responding to phone calls, live chat & social media queries.
∎ Convert queries into saleable leads.
∎ Communicate with prospects over phone-call, live chat & social media in order to generate sales.
∎ Convey customer issues to respective departments.
∎ Participate and contribute in Idea-Generation and Brainstorming sessions for content & campaigns.
∎ Assist the team in developing strategies, plans, and reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Sound knowledge of social media management.
